Old Billingsgate event manager Liberty Lean told Event that Dish was chosen because it had been involved in a few events at the venue and staff had been impressed with its service.
In addition, Dish is now the sole caterer for Merlin Entertainments' attractions Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures.
"After getting our second office off the ground in the North West we have been eager to let venues outside of London experience Dish. This approach is working well for us and we hope to be listed at a number of other UK venues within the coming months," said Dish director Nick James.
Dish has also recently been added to the list of preferred caterers at the Audi Quattro Rooms and One Marylebone.
