The estate agent is handling the pitch process and is seeking an agency with expertise in direct marketing, creative, database management and customer insight.
The company spends £2m a year on marketing, mainly on local press advertising in Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Sussex. It wants to boost its direct marketing for its UK network of 70 offices.
The pitch process will be conducted this month and a decision is due in September. Hamptons is planning to run campaigns at the end of the year and next March.
Hamptons International's core business is the letting of residential and development property in the UK, with local offices handling regional sales.
