NTL:home is launching a direct marketing campaign to reward its
highest-value customers for their loyalty to the cable operator. The
mailing, through roster agency Rapier, goes out this month to 70,000
customers, and is designed to have a personal feel, offering a variety
of rewards such as free pay-per-view movies or a free keyboard for use
with interactive TV. The campaign also gives customers the opportunity
to enter a prize draw to win a football shirt.
