LONDON (Brand Republic) - Coca-Cola is jumping on the Bridget Jones bandwagon by using thirty-something singleton women in its new Diet Coke advertising campaign created specifically for the UK market.
The new campaign sees the exit of the Diet Coke man who was the subject of the swooning attention of young women in previous ads.
The ads, which use an all-British cast, debut during Coronation Street on ITV and ER on Channel 4 later this week. The campaign will run throughout the summer.
The campaign was created by Wieden & Kennedy, London, and was directed by James Bobin, whose credits include Da Ali G Show and Fantasy Football.
