Diary: Fitness first at Vizeum
Media agencies talk a lot about getting leaner, but some are taking it literally. Vizeum has its own running club, getting staff whipped into shape by the personal trainers LGN (Look Good Naked). This month, the team donned neon yellow bibs and ran around Regent's Park. Returning to the Aegis office, they realised they didn't have their passes to get through the barriers. Daredevil Grant Millar promptly vaulted over the machines, clearing them with only mild bruising.
