
Launching on 9 January and aimed at showcasing Dry January, the menu will feature three courses - a starter, main and dessert, each paired with a Seedlip cocktail.
Dishes will include a starter of raw oysters with quince paired with a Quince Collins cocktail, made from quince shrub and soda and a dessert of Yorkshire Rhubarb with cream and blood orange, paired with a Seedlip rhubarb & kaffir lime martini.
As well as the one-off dinner, the brand is giving away 500 free cocktails in a range of London's bars as part of its "Seedlip's January" event.
