Departure: Triangle chief's exit paves way for a new team

Triangle founder Kevin Twittey is stepping down as chairman on the eve of the agency's 30th anniversary.

Twittey's decision comes as parent Publicis aligns Triangle to the Leo Burnett group of companies. Triangle will move to Leo Burnett's Kensington HQ by the end of the year, but continue to trade autonomously.

"We've decided it's best if Triangle's new management team, headed by Nick Hoadley and Dinah Cawley, has the opportunity to create a new working environment without my day-to-day involvement," said Twittey. "I've decided to take a sabbatical from December. Now is the right time to consider what to do next."

- Triangle won the below-the-line account for KFC last month, from incumbent Orckid.
