Dennis revamps gambling magazine

Dennis is to reposition its gambling title InsideEdge as a premium poker magazine and has extended the brand into a digital sports magazine to run throughout the World Cup.

From 1 June, the magazine will downplay sports betting content in favour of a bigger focus on advanced poker strategy, player profiles and tournament reports.
Dennis has redesigned the magazine with a new cover design and masthead and a change in size to the smaller US A4 format.
On 8 June, Dennis will produce the first of seven editions of InsideEdge Live, which it claims is the UK鈥檚 first digital sports magazine, to run during the six-week World Cup.
Each edition will feature analysis, betting tips and previews of the big matches and will be sponsored by bookmaker Blue Square.
Launched in 2004, Inside Edge was the UK鈥檚 first monthly gambling magazine and had an ABC of 18,319 in July to December 2005. Dennis also publishes PokerPlayer and Total Gambler.
