Working alongside London-based design agency Zero Collective, RS Displays has created the Delta Pavilion, a glass structure that showcases Delta’s Premium in-flight flat-bed seating. It also houses a football competition where teams can win Delta prizes by demonstrating their striking skills against the clock.
Teams of five enter the Delta All Stars Shoot Out event and kick as many footballs as they can against a target wall in the allotted time.
Canary Wharf banks including Barclays, JP Morgan, HSBC and Credit Suisse have signed up to compete in the Canary Wharf Cup. Chelsea players will attend the final, which takes place on Wednesday. Delta became the club’s official global airline in a multi-year deal in July 2012.
An All Stars League competition will feature invited teams from the area, and the public can take part in an individual event.
The seamless glass pavilion will be used at other venues around Europe. RS Displays has previously run European roadshow events for Delta, and carried out events at Stamford Bridge.
The Canary Wharf event runs from 18-22 March.
