
There are just six days left to enter the TV Planning Awards before the 6 March deadline for entries.
The awards are run by ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 and Media Week in conjunction with Thinkbox. They celebrate the best use of commercial TV in the past 12 months – from multi-media advertising campaigns to innovative and effective uses of the medium.
In including the Grand Prix for its 'Putting the Play Back into PlayStation' campaign, which included a code-breaking competition that encouraged viewers to pause and rewind live TV.
The five categories are:
Best use of TV in an integrated campaign
Best ongoing use of TV
Best newcomer to TV
Best use of TV sponsorship or content
Best use of TV innovation
This year's line-up of judges includes Amanda Rendle, the global head of marketing for commercial banking at HSBC, Murray Pannell, the UK and Ireland marketing director at PlayStation and Tess Alps, the executive chair at Thinkbox.
The judges will convene on Thursday 7 May. The winners will be announced at the Thinkbox TV Planning Awards Event on Wednesday 1 July.
