PARIS- Alain De Pouzilhac, the Havas chief executive officer, says he has no plans to step down after French corporate raider earlier Vincent Bollore earlier today won four seats on the French advertising group's board.
De Pouzilhac said after the shareholder vote that he has no plans to go offering a straight if asked if he now planned to go.
The victory for Bollore sparked immediate speculation that the group could be broken up or sold off.
