DDB London's Morris to run new business growth department

DDB London has appointed Richard Morris to head a business development department as the agency tries to improve its new-business efforts.

In his new role, Morris takes charge for business growth and is putting together a new-business and marketing team, to be led by Victoria Worrall.

Worrall, previously an account director for new business and marketing at WCRS, joins DDB as its new-business director. Before taking up her new-business role at WCRS, Worrall was an account director on Orange.

She began her advertising career at Publicis in 1996 and spent three years there working in account management.

The new department will also include Annouchka Behrmann, who has been handed the newly created position of PR director.

Morris said: "In Victoria and Annouchka, we have hired two people of the highest calibre who will ensure that prospective clients are fully aware of our achievements, our goals and all the exciting changes we've been making at DDB London."
