
The newly-created role will see Hipkiss take on responsibility for driving and delivering the trading strategy. He will report in to Karen Stacey, the chief executive, and work closely with DCM’s head of agency sales, Davina Barker.
Before Bauer, Hipkiss has held roles within agencies and media owners, including ITV, WCRS and Vizeum.
