The David Beckham Academy venue next to The O2 in Greenwich has been saved thanks to a new company set up by a former worker.
The Academy will be rebranded the London Soccerdome, under the watchful guidance of Anthony White. It will be available to hire for events and football-based corporate days out.
The core business as a kids' football academy will also be retained.
Last year . The footballer's Academy business in general, however, still operates.
