The new series will follow the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2009 around the world, culminating in London with the final, which will be broadcast live on Dave - a first for the channel.
Ordered by Steve North, Dave's channel head, the deal was put together by UKTV's head of commercial partnerships, Sally Quick.
Premiering weekly from 28 July on Dave, Red Bull X-Fighters 2009 will be produced by UMTV and is part- funded by Red Bull.
Quick said Red Bull understood "what makes great content and shares massive brand synergy with Dave".
The Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour features the world's best Freestyle Motocross riders performing tricks and reaching heights of up to 40 feet.
