Dave has teamed up with CALM to celebrate International Friendship Day.

In a bid to encourage men to open up to their mates about mental health, Dave and CALM (��������pk10 Against Living Miserably) have unveiled the first comedy festival in an ad break. Featuring a team of 17 comedians – including Lou Sanders, Natasia Demetriou, Alex Horne and Phil Wang – the four-minute spot aims to support male friendship in a bid to tackle male depression and suicide (the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK). 

With a cavalcade of quirky anecdotes, the campaign promotes small gestures such as sending a quick text message in order to open up a conversation about health and wellbeing between friends. The work was directed by Tom Corbett through UKTV, and is set to air today (30 July) at 9:12pm during Taskmaster.
