Dare wins online creative development task for Frank

LONDON - COI has appointed Dare to handle the online creative development for Frank, the Government's anti-drugs initiative.

Dare triumphed in a final shoot-out against Agency.com and Wheel to secure the task. Initially, six agencies are understood to have been involved.

Dare has been briefed to design a website that will move the service on and make it more effective. The site is set to launch in August.

The site will support Frank's online advertising, created by Profero, and its above-the-line executions, which were created by Mother.

COI has yet to conclude its digital creative agency roster review, which kicked off in May 2005. Its current roster contains 15 agencies, including Dare, Glue London, Wheel and EHS Brann.
