Dare confirms Cossette sale

LONDON - Dare has confirmed that it has sold a majority stake to the Canadian marketing services firm Cossette Communication Group, as exclusively revealed in ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 (15 June).

The deal, which was completed early this morning, will see Cossette acquire an initial 65.4 per cent stake in the digital agency. The remaining stake will be purchased in two stages as part of a five-year earn out.

Dare is the fourth London acquisition for Cossette. Its portfolio includes Miles Calcraft Briginshaw Duffy, its DM subsidary Elvis, brand consultancy Identica and PR company Band & Brown.
