Adlard brings more than 12 years of industry experience to the role, and was most recently employed at restaurant group D&D London.
She has also held roles at English Heritage, the Royal Opera House and Lord’s Cricket Ground, and delivered events ranging from conferences and award ceremonies through to product launches and weddings for between two to 2,000 guests.
Adlard said: "I am hugely excited to join the events team at the Roundhouse, an iconic London venue which regularly delivers prestigious events. I’m looking forward to further developing the events offering at the Roundhouse, so we can continue to exceed clients’ expectations."
