Cussons' Imperial Leather launches Scent-sations
Cussons' Imperial Leather is extending its Foamburst brand with the launch of Scent-sations, a premium range of shower products aimed at young women. The range is being backed by a £2m television advertising campaign, created by BDH/TBWA, which features a woman taking a communal shower. Using Scent-sations, she is oblivious to the screaming and chaos that breaks out around her as a spider appears in the shower. The ad, which is backed by an interactive section on Imperial Leather's releasethelather.co.uk web site, aims to appeal to 18- to 30-year-olds. Scent-sations will rival Palmolive's Aromatherapy range and is available in three fragrances, including Cucumber & Lime. Media buying for the campaign, which breaks this week, is through MediaEdge:CIA.
