Davies joins from Adding Value, where she most recently worked as client relationship manager. She has also held roles at UKFE, Shop Direct Group and Platinum Events.
Davies has worked across both B2B and B2C events, as well as marketing, press relations and incentives.
The appointment comes off the back of a busy first quarter for Crown, where the agency is experiencing demand from clients in the automotive sector in particular.
