Koay moved to Hong Kong two years ago from Sydney, Australia, but he's originally from Auckland, New Zealand. He talks about adjusting to the pace in Hong Kong and the biggest challenges of working abroad.
Koay says Hong Kong fosters his creativity because it's "the direct middle path of East and West".
