Waldron joins CP&B London as a senior account director and will run the Infiniti business across the EMEA region.

He will report to Richard Pinder, the chief executive of CP&B London.

CP&B London was handed the Infiniti brief as its US sibling is the car marque’s global agency of record.

The London office was free to take the business after recently completing its project work for BMW’s Mini.

Infiniti’s Q30, which was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, is the first car from the high-end brand that is aimed at the European market.

The model will be built at Infiniti’s manufacturing plant in Sunderland.

The new campaign is expected to break in January or February next year. After the launch, CP&B London will continue to be retained by Infiniti as its creative agency of record across EMEA.

Infiniti, which was founded in 1989, is owned by the Japanese car giant Nissan.
