Cosmo to roll out Dexters and Tootsies promotion

LONDON - Cosmopolitan magazine has teamed up with the Tootsies and Dexters restaurant chains to offer readers discount vouchers in the run-up to Christmas.

The promotion, which runs until the middle of next month, features a full page ad in the December edition of The National Magazine Company's Cosmopolitan, offering readers a £5-off voucher for meals at Tootsies and Dexters across the UK.

Cocktail Marketing, which devised the campaign, said the vouchers would also be promoted in Tootsies' and Dexters' premises in the form of posters and leaflets. They will also feature on the Cosmopolitan and via email promotion.

The Tootsies and Dexters chain, which is owned by the Clapham House Group along with Bombay Bicycle Club and The Real Greek, said the voucher deal would be valid at all 24 of its UK restaurants.

Tracey Kitchener-Kemp, managing director of Tootsies and Dexters, said the deal with Cosmopolitan would enable it "to target affluent females effectively".
