Now in its third year, this summer's SunSets series will have a 'beach music' theme. On 30 July, London's Greenwich Peninsula will be transformed into a beach paradise for thousands of music fans across the UK, aiming to bring to life the magic of the sunset moment through music and culture.
The line-up of artists includes Robin Schulz, Felix Jaehn, Crazy P Soundsystem, Norman Jay and Nightmares on Wax, with visitors set to experience eclectic musical performances, sunset rituals and shows and beach games. Stalls will be available selling handmade items, while golden sunset tattoo and body painting stations will initiate guests into the 'SunSets Tribe' upon entry.
For the remainder of the summer, Corona will go on to host a series of sunset events at several bars and clubs around the country including Rainbow in Birmingham on 6 August, Number 90 in London on 7 August, Patterns in Brighton on 21 August and Dalston Roof Park on 28 August, finishing with an end of summer celebration at The Watering Hole in Cornwall on the 3 September.
Corona SunSets features eight flagship festivals and close to 4,000 events worldwide in locations including Ibiza, Canada and Australia.
André Finamore de Sousa Amaral, marketing manager at Corona UK, said: "Corona's #ThisIsLiving campaign is about incentivising people to go outside and live more moments that matter. Research suggests we spend 90% of our time indoors and when we are outside we reconnect to our better self. We noticed that a sunset is a moment that matters and we wanted to create an event that celebrates the transformational power of the sunset that helps you to switch off and we are using music as a catalyst to do that."
