Coppafeel wants women to become aware of the lesser-known signs of breast cancer and speak to their GP if they notice any symptoms.

The breast cancer awareness charity has created a video featuring celebrities including Fearne Cotton and Greg James explaining why it's important to "get things off your chest".

The film will run across cinema and social. Additional work has been created for national outdoor media, press and radio.
