International Confex 2012 has secured English humanitarian and author Terry Waite as a guest speaker for the 6-8 March event at Excel London.
Waite is famous for his work in the late 80s to negotiate the release of Western hostages in Lebanon, and was taken captive himself for almost five years.
Since his release he has been in constant demand as a speaker, writer and broadcaster and has delivered lectures recounting his experiences across the globe.
He will address visitors at Confex on the final day of the show (8 March) at 12.30pm.
Waite is being supplied by The London Speaker Bureau.
