Conetta to handle Preference Service's StreetLifeUK

LONDON - The Preference Service, the database management company, has appointed Mic Conetta general manager to handle its geo-marketing tool StreetlifeUK.

StreetLife UK enables marketers to discover the attitudes and characteristics of consumers in a specific postcode anywhere in the UK so they can aim campaigns at key geographical areas containing the most profitable prospects.

Conetta joined The Preference Service in October 2003 as an account director. He previously worked at Swetenhams, where he managed hosted-database teams. Before that he was a database consultant at Target Interactive Marketing.

In his new role, Conetta will head a team selling and supporting the product to marketers.

The Preference Service has also named Callum Carmichael and Steven De Klerk new business development managers to focus on selling The Preference Service's InfoRequest product.

Thomas Adalbert, the managing director at The Preference Service, said: "Mic has already proved a great asset to The Preference Service, and we look forward to him really driving sales of StreetlifeUK. His expertise across databases in providing insight, analysis and CRM consultancy will be vital in ensuring the development of this tool."
