It will be the first major overhaul of the site since its launch in 2000. The new site is the fifth major investment by Condé Nast
Digital in the past two years, following on from the relaunch of Vogue.com and Glamour.com in 2008 and GQ.com in March, as well as the launch of Wired.co.uk earlier this year.
Among planned new features, Daily News will keep users up to date with developments in the luxury travel sector.
A Twitter travelogue will let visitors know what the Condé Nast Traveller team are doing on their travels around the world.
The revamped site will feature more video, with the magazine's editor, Sarah Miller, producing a monthly broadcast discussing key trends in luxury travel.
It will feature interviews with travel icons as well as regular contributors, and news from behind the scenes at Traveller photo-shoots.
CNTraveller.com is not ABCe registered but, according to Condé Nast, it attracts 2.2 million page impressions and 270,000 unique users a month.
