Under the extended lease, Concerto will deliver a mix of exclusive events and seasonal pop-up restaurants in Oxo2, the events space on the second floor of the venue. Concerto’s events team will to work closely with its catering team Create at Oxo2.
Concerto’s chief executive, Teresa-Anne Dunleavy, said: "This longer tenancy will allow us to invest further in the décor and refurbishment of what has already proved to be a popular venue for corporate receptions and dinners, weddings, product launches and conferences."
Corporate events at Oxo2 during the past year have included eyewear brand Silhouette, Saga and ITV.
Alison Pinner, director of commercial at Coin Street Community Builders, the owners of Oxo Tower Wharf, said: "We have worked closely to revitalise this amazing riverside event space and are excited about developing the events and retail operations with them going forward."
Concerto is now taking bookings for events throughout 2013, including a third Christmas party season in partnership with its events team, Ultimate Experience. A programme of pop-up restaurant offerings will be announced in the coming weeks.
