The University of East London is to host the ‘High Performance Training Centre’, with Concerto providing meals for athletes, staff and support personnel at the venue.
"The Concerto Group has secured a number of contracts for the 2012 Olympic Games but this is the only one that involves catering for sportsmen and women rather than spectators. It is a huge responsibility, but one we are thrilled to shoulder," said Concerto Group director Guy Roger.
"I’m brushing up on the Star Spangled Banner as this makes us part of the USA Team."
