On 19 September brand ambassadors will visit 93 Boots stores to educate shoppers about oral hygiene and promote Colgate products. The brand has appointed field marketing agency REL to handle the activity.

Additionally Colgate brand ambassadors will be distributing educational leaflets, kids brushing charts and stickers, and money-off coupons. Key Colgate products to be promoted include the 360 Deep Clean toothbrush and Plax Mouth Rinse.

The Colgate activity follows a similar campaign by GlaxoSmithKline in July. , created by Bezier, ran in Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Asda and Tesco.

The campaign involved brand ambassadors questioning shoppers about lifestyle to identify what oral hygiene products they should be using.
