COI kicks off £36m direct marketing roster overhaul

LONDON - COI Communications is set to overhaul its £36.4m direct marketing roster.

The review covers all aspects of COI's direct marketing services, from creative agencies to call centres. Of the 80 companies on the roster, around one-fifth are creative agencies.

COI is finalising the review schedule, but the official notice is expected to be posted on the Official Journal of the European Communities in the next two weeks.

The review will be conducted by the AAR and overseen by Mark Michaels, the director of direct and relationship marketing at COI.

COI has already called a review of media arrangements. The review will be divided into stages spanning TV, radio, press and cinema.
