
The Regional Integrated Agencies framework will include agencies capable of providing five core services: advertising, direct marketing, design/branding, digital and PR.
This will allow COI's regional client account team greater flexibility when providing creative services across the UK. It will also enable COI's clients to access agencies with regional insight, while taking advantage of COI's buying power. Currently, the regional marketing teams draw upon existing COI frameworks and a preferred supplier list in each region.
The selection process will be managed by COI's regional client account team, which has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and Manchester.
Phil Fraser, head of COI regional client account team said: 'We are seeing an increased demand for our services from clients based outside of London. While COI's existing frameworks include agencies drawn from across the UK, some clients would like to access agencies with unique insight into regional audiences.'
