COI appoints Rapier to HM Revenue & Customs VAT brief

LONDON - HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) has appointed Rapier to a direct marketing brief looking at changes to VAT regulations, following a pitch handled by the COI.

The brief will involve Rapier working in conjunction with to help communicate the changes to VAT that occur in 2010.

Rapier will also work with HMRC on future integrated campaigns for a three year period. HMRC has a wide portfolio, including responsibility for Tax Credits, Self Assessment and the Child Trust Fund.
