Coca-Cola begins screening a new TV ad for Diet Coke on May 10,
with a new strapline ’Live Your Life’ replacing the old ’Just for the
taste of it’. The ad focuses around Diet Coke’s trademark hunk, who this
time is shown gatecrashing a party after women throw him a dinner jacket
and tie out of the window.The ad was originally created by Leo Burnett’s
Milan office. Coca-Cola uses a variety of agencies to make ads for the
brand, including Publicis and Wieden & Kennedy.
