"Inspiration", created by Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam, is one of a set of "bottle films" devised as part of the "Coke side of life" campaign.
The films have been created to move the campaign beyond traditional advertising and into online media.
The spot, which is set to the song 'Bootprints' by King Creosote, follows a character holding a paintbrush at a loss for what he should paint on a blank wall. He takes a drink of Coke and his taste buds and imagination are instantly refreshed.
The artist's wacky thought process is then followed and this concludes in the artist painting a psychedelic Coke bottle on the wall.
He exits the room happy with his creation and the tagline "Coke side of life" appears on the screen.
According to Wieden & Kennedy, the "bottle films" have been created with the intention of being "compelling, unexpected, fresh and bold pieces of film" that encourage viewers to reconsider Coke.
"'Inspiration' tells its story -- as they all do -- through highly contemporary art and design, using cutting-edge new bands and music to soundtrack the films and reinforce Coke as a relevant brand to teens," the agency said.
Creative directors on the spot are Rick Condos and Hunter Hindman, executive creative directors are Al Moseley and John Norman and director is James Price.
