She will report to Inviseo's chief executive, Dominic Stead, who joined the company in April from Media Planning Group UK where he was managing director.
Clements will be responsible for selling the firm's tray-table ad sites following its deal to sell on Ryanair flights. She will also help blue-chip advertisers and their agencies exploit the InviseoMedia model, which offers a guaranteed 40 minutes exposure time that comes with in-flight advertising.
Clements, who has 14 years media experience with both media owners and agencies, said: "Consumers are increasingly on the move and InviseoMedia offers international brands the opportunity to address this problem through its unparalleled dwell time and delivery of upscale audiences."
