The 408,700-strong file draws names from IPT's consumerhouse.co.uk website, which gathers demographic and lifestyle information on consumers who are sent there via links with affiliate partners or IPT's other sites, including MyOffers and OK-Mail.
Sue Dyer, director of CLDM, said the list contains hard to reach 25-44 year-olds. "This is a highly responsive database, and 10,000 names are being added every month."
