Omnicom-owned Claydon Heeley's promotional brand Ignition will merge with the London arm of Alcone, while Ignition's direct marketing arm Ignite Mail will be renamed Alcone Digital.
The company's existing management teams will run the new operation with Alcone's Ian Jacob as chairman and Ignition's Andrew Sutcliffe and Alan Smith as joint CEOs.
Jacob said: "This move adds critical mass to Alcone's European presence as well as a broader range of expertise to deploy throughout the rest of Alcone's network."
The company will have combined billings of 拢25m and clients will include Scottish Courage and Wimpy.
