CityJet calls pitch for European task

LONDON - CityJet, the Air France subsidiary, has called a pitch for its pan-European ad account.

The airline, which does not have an incumbent agency, is holding a pitch process involving several networks.

CityJet, which operates flights for business passengers on routes between European cities, has briefed the agencies to create an integrated campaign, which will promote its services to the business community.

The brief will focus on bringing together the different measures CityJet has taken to develop the airline over the past three years.

This includes completing the €180 million acquisition of the Dutch airline VLM last year, purchasing 25 new aircraft to replace its old fleet, and promoting its operations between London City Airport and nine European countries.

The purchase of VLM transformed CityJet into one of the largest European airlines operating out of London City Airport.
