Citro毛n goes time travelling in a series of animated spots inspired by the history of its cars.
One film is set against the backdrop of 1938 Paris and tells the story of a bank robbery, with both the gangsters and police relying on the suspension of a Citroën Traction Avant. In another, a farmer in 1948 Normandy takes a detour in the Citroën 2CV, which helps him transport his eggs. The rest of the eight-part series features more of the French car marque’s iconic vehicles, while drawing on the style, typography and art direction used over the years. The work was written by Sam Turk, art directed by Paul Robbins, and produced by design studio Made by Radio.
