Circus beats BBH to NCR global brief in head-to-head pitch

NCR, the retail and banking technology company, has appointed Circus to handle its pounds 10 million global communications business after an extensive pitch.

Circus to handle its pounds 10 million global communications business

after an extensive pitch.



Circus was appointed by NCR’s Financial Solutions Group in a final

head-to-head against Bartle Bogle Hegarty. The incumbent was Anderson

and Lembke.



Circus’s task will span NCR’s entire communications business including

business-to-business and consumer advertising as well as internal

communications, brochures and live events.



Nigel Barrick, marketing communications director of NCR Financial

Solutions Group, said: ’We like to think out of the box. Circus’s

holistic approach will enable us to deliver the message we want with

vigour.’



Tim O’Kennedy, a founding partner at Circus, said: ’We are delighted to

win a task of this size only two months after our launch. It is

multi-faceted, which is ideal for us.’
