
Laura Rogers joins as a creative director from Ogilvy & Mather, where she held the same role and worked on the award-winning campaign for the charity 28 Too Many. Marc Donaldson, who was the group head of design at Leo Burnett, joins in the new position of head of art. At Leo Burnett, he handled one of the London office’s biggest clients, McDonald’s.
Both will report directly to Jonathan Burley, the executive creative director who was recently named the chief creative officer.
Also joining CHI & Partners as creatives are Fallon London’s Duncan Brooks, M&C Saatchi’s Will Grave and Karmarama’s Carl Storey and Chris Godfrey.
The agency recently introduced a new way to tackle briefs that dispenses with the traditional model of creative pairs in favour of ever-changing groups.
