
The Ivy’s Gary Lee kicked off the demos yesterday (30 September) as part of the new collaboration between the Caprice Holdings restaurant group and Covent Garden London.
The events will be free to the public and will take place in the North Hall of Covent Garden’s Market Building every Thursday at 5.30pm and 6.30pm for half an hour each until mid December.
Other chefs taking part in the demos include J Sheekey & J Sheekey Oyster Bar’s Richard Kirkwood and Scott's Dave McCarthy.
