Scot Cameron, from Orkney, was yesterday taken out of the 'Big Brother 4' house and secretly put on to a plane heading to South Africa.
Cameron, nicknamed the "Silver Fox", was called into the diary room on Sunday morning and told that he was heading for Africa. He was told to pack his things and enter the "reward room".
When Big Brother told him he was flying to South Africa, his reaction was: "Woo, Africa. Wowee. That's phenomenal. I can't believe it."
The other housemates do not know where Cameron has gone and were left wondering about the fate of the 32-year-old bible-reading oldest housemate. His departure follows that of the double evictions on Friday of Jon Tickle and Federico Martone.
His journey to Africa is a 'Big Brother' challenge. He has been tasked with delivering a message in an envelope to the 'Big Brother' house in Randburg, South Africa.
He will be replaced by Ugandan law student Gaetano Kagwa, who has surprised the UK house with his arrival this morning. As a reward for travelling to Africa, Cameron, who is a fish trader, will be exempt from eviction for two weeks.
Gaetano, known as Gae, lives in Kampala and has a degree in politics, and according to Channel 4 his interests are motorbikes, football and jazz. He won his trip to the UK in a 'Big Brother' African challenge -- the challenge: cocktail making, a skill that will go down well with the UK housemates.
