The show has been a bigger success than the previous two seasons and proved a winner for sponsor O2.
Tonight's audience is expected to exceed the 8m who tuned in to watch Brian Dowling win 'Big Brother 2' last year.
So far in the series, more than 14.1m votes have been cast, not counting this week. Last year, including the final, 17.5m votes were received throughout the entire series.
Tonight's vote will see the four remaining housemates compete for the £70,000 prize. IT worker Kate is the current favourite to win the show, although former long-shot Jade has also come from behind ahead of model Alex and fireman Jonny.
The E4 spinoff series 'Big Brother's Little Brother,' hosted by Dermot O'Leary, has also seen ratings shoot up by more than 200%.
'Big Brother' has already helped E4 achieve record audiences helping it to become the biggest non-terrestrial channel in multichannel homes while the show has been on.
On Channel 4, 'Big Brother' has consistently beaten the audience and share figures achieved for the second series last year.
