Caroline Fry, who has been with the company since 1994, has become chief executive of business and industry (B&I), while Alison Tyler, who joined in 1998, has been appointed chief executive of commercial.

The announcement comes after a series of business wins for both divisions. Under Fry B&I has recently won contracts with Dune and Thames Water, while the commercial team has signed a five and a half year public catering contract for Historic Royal Palaces worth an estimated sales value of £60m.

Both CEOs will report to chairman Tim Jones. Robyn Jones founder of CH&Co said: "Caroline and Alison have been instrumental in building the business into the successful organisation that it is today and the creation of these two new roles empowers them to set our strategic roadmap for the future by allowing our business to specialise in the areas where we know we excel."
