Cesar has released a follow-up TV ad to its weepy 2013 effort, "journey". Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO created the new spot for the dog-food brand, which is part of Mars Pet Care. The ad features a guard on the night shift at a block of flats who is kept company by his pet Westie.
