The Christmas House Party takes place on Thursday 16th December. Get in the party mood with cocktails on arrival followed by a guided tour of the castle. Then take your seat in the magnificent Henry VIII Banqueting Hall for a fabulous five course meal with wine from the castle’s Norman wine cellars. After dinner, relax in the elegant drawing rooms over coffee while a pianist entertains. And for a complete house party experience, book an overnight stay in one of the castle’s luxurious bedrooms.
On Saturday 18th December the 17th century oak-beamed Fairfax Hall, provides the ideal setting for your evening of line dancing and traditional ceilidh. Available for large or small groups, it’s an ideal way to rejoice the year with family, friends or work colleagues. The evening includes reception drinks on arrival, a three course meal served in the Fairfax Hall and half a bottle of wine.
Throughout the winter months, bespoke parties can be booked in either the newly restored and refurbished Maiden’s Tower; the 13th century Gatehouse; the 17th century oak-beamed Fairfax Hall or the castle itself.
